The overview

What you're actually buying

The short version, then the detail. No fluff, no jargon - just the facts you need to decide whether this is right for your home.

Around 8 million UK homes have solid walls. We fit insulated plasterboard or breathable wood-fibre systems, room by room, to PAS 2035 standard.

Every install starts with a free home survey. We measure, photograph, and talk through how you actually use the space. You get a written, fixed-price quote - not a salesperson's estimate. If grant funding applies, we check eligibility before you sign anything.

On install day, one team turns up: surveyor, lead engineer, and apprentice. No subcontractors juggling diaries, no "the guys will be in touch". We tidy as we go, protect floors and furniture, and walk you through everything that's been done before we leave.

Afterwards, your paperwork is lodged with TrustMark and the relevant scheme provider, your EPC is updated where applicable, and you get one number to call if anything ever needs attention. That's it - no upsells, no surprise extras.

Up to £455 a year saved

Solid-wall homes lose more heat than any other type - the savings are real.

Keeps your facade

No change to the outside of the building - ideal for listed or conservation-area properties.

Warmer, quieter rooms

Walls feel warm to the touch. Sound transfer between rooms drops noticeably.

Why it pays off

The benefits, in plain English

No jargon, no upsells. Here's what changes for your home after we finish the install - and why it adds up.

How it works

From quote to commissioned, sorted

Three clear stages. Fixed pricing after survey. We work around you, not the other way round.

01

Retrofit assessment

PAS 2035 whole-house survey. We look at moisture, ventilation, and how the build-up affects your home.

02

Design & sequencing

Room by room, with a Retrofit Coordinator on the project. We work around you - no need to move out.

03

Install & finish

Boards fixed, services rerouted as needed, plastered and ready for paint.

The honest answer

Is this right for your home?

We'd rather tell you straight than push a sale. Here's where this works well, and where we'd want a longer conversation first.

Great fit if…

  • Owner-occupied or landlord properties in England, Scotland or Wales
  • Homes looking to cut running costs and improve EPC band
  • Households that want one accountable team end-to-end
  • Properties eligible for grant funding (we check first)

Worth a chat first if…

  • Listed buildings or conservation areas - possible, but needs extra design
  • Properties with unresolved damp or structural issues - fix first
  • Off-grid / unusual fuel setups - give us a call, we'll talk it through

Real homes, real installs
